Efficient Commission Structure

Targeted Commission Structure: By grouping affiliates based on type and assigning tailored commission rates, we optimised performance across different affiliate segments, leading to a more efficient campaign and a positive return on spend (ROAS).

Affiliate Optimisations

Increased CPA Incentives: By raising CPA rates for top-performing affiliates, we incentivised them to drive higher-quality traffic and boost sales.

The Results

The strategy implemented during the launch of the GLTC affiliate campaign proved to be a significant success. By strategically recruiting high-performing affiliates and grouping them by type with tailored commission rates, the campaign achieved a positive return on ad spend (ROAS). Optimising affiliate incentives, including increasing CPA rates and investing in long-term tenancy agreements with key affiliates, further encouraged higher engagement and better sales performance. This approach led to strong revenue generation and demonstrated the effectiveness of the affiliate recruitment and optimisation tactics.
